Project recover, an effort to honor and/or recover those MIA Amercians from around the globe.

Derek Abbey is the president and CEO of Project Recover. An OSU alumnus and veteran, Abbey served 23 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and was deployed for Operation Southern Watch, Operation Iraqi Freedom and in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. He retired from the USMC in 2014 and now lives in Bend.

"To What Remains," a film about Project Recover, an organization of scientists, archaeologists, oceanographers, historians and military veterans dedicated to locating and recovering the more than 80,000 Americans missing in action around the world.
