Kaitlyn Bertholet

Kaitlyn Bertholet is the local manager of the Walk to End Alzheimer's in Central Oregon. Over her past five years with the Alzheimer's Association Oregon and Southwest Washington Chapter, Kaitlyn has strived to help individuals and families facing all forms of dementia in navigating their journey by providing essential education, support, and connection with community resources. As a Walk Manager, Kaitlyn now has the honor of amplifying the voices and experiences of those impacted by Alzheimer's and all other dementias - ensuring every person knows that their story matters and they are not alone.

Kaitlyn's personal and professional experiences have fueled her passion of advocating for those living with dementia and their care partners, connecting families with much needed resources, and reducing stigma of dementia through education. She wholeheartedly believes in the Alzheimer's Association's vision and hopes that you too will be inspired to join in the fight for a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.

Jen Chance

Jen Chance has participated with the Alzheimer’s Association for the past six years as a passionate advocate through a variety of roles. She has years of experience as a Walk participant, team captain, committee member, AIM advocacy participant, and now serves as the Community Engagement Chair for the Central Oregon Walk to End Alzheimer’s Planning Committee. Jen’s driving force in helping create a world without Alzheimer’s is in support of her father Jim, who lived with Alzheimer’s and her mom and uncle who served as his full time caregivers, as well as making the stories of millions of others be seen, heard, and supported in their fight against Alzheimer’s.
